How it Works

Step One

To get started on your golf trip quote to Kelowna simply chose one of the following contact methods:


Step Two

  • Once we have your information regarding your trip, an itinerary proposal will be created and emailed to one lead guest of the group to review.

  • You will receive an all in quote per person.

  • Any changes and alterations to the trip are made prior to final itinerary approval.

  • Upon approval a 20% non-refundable deposit (of trip total) is made. If trip is cancelled the deposit amount can be used for future trips with the exception of a $300 planning fee that is withheld.

  • Balance of booking is required 30 days prior to arrival.


Step Three

  • Confirmations of bookings will be forwarded to the lead.

  • Approved itinerary is emailed to each guests.

  • We will be at your service prior to and throughout your reservation.

  • Any alterations or changes made after final approval will incur a $25 fee.
